Important Information for this Course

Roblox provides a free, all-in-one development tool that allows students to build, code and publish their own creations.

Students will require a PC/Windows laptop with Windows 10 or a Mac laptop with 10.11 (El Capitan) or higher to run Roblox Studio.

Students will need to set up a free Roblox account and Roblox Studio will need to be installed onto your student's laptop before arriving at Beam Camp.

It's Time to Race!

Further develop your skills and finalise your game. Test out, play and share your game with your Beam Camp buddies.

Finally, present your work to the group so they can check out your creations and cheer you on as you achieve your ‘Beam Badge’.

FAQs

When does the day start and end?

The day runs from 9.00am to 3.30pm, with drop off from 8.30am onwards. Each day includes 30 minutes for recess and 60 minutes for lunch, so your child has plenty of time to eat, relax, and play with their new friends! Please be sure to pick your child up by 4.00pm.

What should I bring?

Please bring your recess and lunch, water bottle, a hat, and sunscreen. To keep your campmates safe and healthy, please make sure that your food is nut-free.
